DESCRIPTION
DATE: March 30, April 6, & April 13, 2023
TIME: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
LOCATION: Everett SPEEA Union Hall (2414 106th St. SW, Everett, WA 98204)
This course is taught in THREE Thursday sessions (5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) on Thursday, March 30; Thursday, April 6; & Saturday April 13. You are signing up to attend ALL sessions.
Class size is limited to 30 people.
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
After completing at least two sessions students are eligible for a FREE one-hour flight experience in an FAA-approved full-motion simulator with an instructor at Chinook Flight School at Paine Field (KPAE).
Simulator time can count towards currency.
This course will explain in simple terms and fun experiments how aircraft fly and operate. Learn more about the forces governing flight, including lift and thrust, as well as flight instrumentation, navigation and automation.
