Many careers are built on a foundation of operational expertise and tactical execution. Leadership depends on the strategic, long-term view. This is execution in context. How can we develop our strategic muscle? How do we demonstrate and become known for strategic agility?
What are the behaviors, disciplines and skills? What does it even mean to be strategic? Assess your strategic agility. This is a complex competency. Develop greater bandwidth and perspective. Learn how to ask bigger, better questions, so you can influence the trajectory of discussions, collaborations and decisions. Use data differently. Extract the insight and find the action. Develop discernment.

o Learn how to step mindfully into risk.
o Discover what ‘anchors’ you as you navigate risk.
o Identify your risk opportunities.
o Think differently about managing risk.
o Risk is a teacher. Grow through the experience of taking risks
