DESCRIPTION
PREVIOUSLY RECORDED.
Our brains can work wonders getting us out of tough situations. When it comes to interpersonal conflict, however, our own thoughts can also sabotage us. In this session we will explore what happens inside our heads when faced with conflict, and why we often process conflict poorly.
OBJECTIVES
At the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
- Understand why people typically respond to conflict with a fight-or-flight response; and
- Practice strategies for turning conflict into collaboration, making conversations with others both more effective and more enjoyable.
